I see via the webcam a stack train is stopped on the curve. Periodically, it moves a bit. How often do they stop on the curve? In my visits, I've never seen it happen. Roads at railroad crossings are missing the grading that would allow traffic to actually drive over the rails. Essentially the tracks and ballast just overlap the roads. The crossing between Altoona and the Curve is an example of this. Altoona yard is missing the transfer table.
